After starting out in my native New Jersey as an apprentice in one of the area's leading salons, I moved to Sekada Salon in New York City's East Village. I built an eclectic clientele there and got a chance to be on the cutting edge of industry trends. Since 1996, I've been a resident of Bellingham and with Looking Glass Salon for over 15 years. I bring an original perspective to my clients' colors and cuts, incorporating edgy aspects of style with easy wearability, and tailor looks for each client's lifestyle and personal needs.

Hi! My name is Chloe and my passion lies with bringing what's on the inside outside! I believe expressing ourselves through hair can lead us into the next stage of our lives with confidence. As someone in the LGBTQ+ community, I know how much a haircut can mean to someone looking to validate their identity through expression. I love color, unique/alternative haircuts, and all kinds of transformative hair journeys. Some of my strengths are highlighting, color melting, textured haircuts, layering, styling, and creative color.

Jennifer Masters- Stylist

Hair dressing has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember and I have always been fascinated with all aspects of what, how, and why hair can do the things it can do. I get a rush from clients' reactions when they see what I can create for them! I've developed many skills during my professional career, including extensions, color correction, curly hair management, specialty hairstyling and makeup application. My original training took place in Arizona in 1998 and, after time spent working with some amazing salon professionals, I relocated back to my beloved Bellingham in 2001. In addition to my work with clients, I was given an opportunity to also become a cosmetology instructor, helping to train future practitioners for careers in an industry that has given so much to me!

My love of the arts and all things beautiful started at a very young age. After graduating from Paul Mitchell in 2013 I immediately started working in cosmetology, landing a position at the academy and also behind the chair at a Paul Mitchell salon. At the school I was given the opportunity to lead students in fashion runway and photo shoot work & teach makeup artistry skills, in both beauty application and special effects techniques. In the salon, I specialized in hair color, makeup artistry, hair extensions and men's cuts, keeping up with trends and cutting edge styles for clients. I also have a love of vintage styling, and over time I built an amazing clientele for my roller sets, perms & cult classic styles. I absolutely love every aspect of being in the salon, but my favorite part is when a personal connection is created between a client and myself. Instilling a sense of beauty and confidence in my guest, whatever that may mean to them, is the most rewarding experience I can have as a stylist. I look forward to meeting locals, growing and building my career here in this amazing town of Bellingham!
